*** Job Description:
– Together with Vietnam and European team, 1st level IT support for 2000 worldwide users:
o Troubleshooting on networking, telephony, hardware, desktop setup and software, etc.
o Support on security issues like password recovery, Intranet/application access.
o Provide support on Information System updates.
– Stock management locally and keep hardware tracking updated.
– Implementation and content update of trainings / wikis / FAQ.

*** Ideal Candidate:
– Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent)
– Highly prefer intern experience in IT support or less than 2 years of related experience in IT Support
– You are fluent in English

*** Practical information:
– Date: As soon as possible
